You could get a pair of philips fidelio x2's with an addon mic (it has a detatchable cable without any weird connection port) for less than 100 euro NEW. Z reviews is a great channel to watch about gaming headphones, if you can stand basically a redditor ranting for 15 minutes in his anime-speaker mancave. or, just watch reviews on yt for any good deal you find. go to 2nd market place and buy a pair of studio headphone such as the dt 770 second hand and an addon mic. go for open-back if you dont care about outside noise.

If you dont travel, go to lans, or have noisy enviroment go with open-back headphones. hyperx cloud 2 have always been the best ones because htey're the least gaming of all the gaming headsets xD getting them is literally better than any gaming headset 150 euro and under probably, because im not stupid enough to test anything above it. The hyperx cloud2 are a pair of takstar 50's if im not mistaken with a mic. id advice against gaming headsets if you dont just care about game, because their only real strength is soundscape which you want because it simulates where the sounds come from, but msot gaming headsets are still pretty bad and have artificially made soundscapes. i can travel with it, game, listen to music and hteyre comfy enough to study and do random media with. the sound is weird at first but i grew to like it. Had to turn up the bass because your ears are much further away from the drivers. then i got thicker earpads even though they weren't really needed from brainwavz. at mid-bass they sound very much like dt-770 who i was going for, but couldn find a good deal and had to buy an expensive external mic.īought a vmoda boompro mic im very happy with that just plugs in to the side. I bought myself a pair of beyerdynamic custom studio (not the pro's) they've got adjustable bass and a detatchable music cable.
